Blood pressure monitors available to borrow from ßÙßÇÂþ» Libraries

ßÙßÇÂþ» Libraries are working in partnership with NHS Frimley to develop services to positively impact the health and wellbeing of residents. As part of this work, you can borrow a Blood Pressure Monitor for free to take your blood pressure from the comfort of your own home.

High blood pressure, also known as Hypertension, often has no symptoms and is a leading cause of strokes, heart attacks, kidney disease & other serious health conditions. The good news is that when you know your numbers, you can take control. In partnership with NHS Frimley, we are encouraging everyone to 'Know Your Numbers' by self-testing and recording your blood pressure and taking action if you need to. Checking your blood pressure is quick, easy and could save your life.
