Buckingham ceremony
Our Buckingham ceremony option invites you to celebrate your special day indoors, at one of our register offices in Weybridge, Guildford or Leatherhead.
They are available for your ceremony, Monday to Saturday.
You can have up to 48 guests at our Weybridge and Guildford Register Offices and up to 58 guests at our Leatherhead Register Office. The number of guests includes babies and children.
Your ceremony will include:
- A choice of three ceremony scripts and choice of legal vows.
- Adding your own personal vows, if you wish.
- Up to three readings.
- A selection of non-religious music.
- Opportunities for photographs in the ceremony room and garden.
Please note they are also available to book for renewal of vows and naming ceremonies.

All fees exclude marriage or civil partnership certificates. Certificates cost £12.50 each and can be ordered and paid for at time of booking.

Windsor ceremony
Celebrate your special day with our Windsor ceremony option, is designed for intimate gatherings, indoors at our Guildford or Leatherhead register offices.
They are available for your ceremony, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
You can have from two to 18 guests, which includes babies and children.
Your ceremony will include:
- A choice of three ceremony scripts and choice of legal vows.
- Adding your own personal vows, if you wish.
- Up to three readings.
- A selection of non-religious music.
- Opportunities for photographs in the ceremony room and garden.
Please note they are also available to book for renewal of vows and naming ceremonies.

Our brand new Oatlands Room is perfect for intimate gatherings, indoors at our newly refurbished Weybridge register office,
It is available for your ceremony Monday to Saturday.
You can have from two to 20 guests. which includes babies and children.

- A choice of three ceremony scripts and choice of legal vows.
- Adding your own personal vows, if you wish.
- Up to three readings.
- A selection of non-religious music.
- Opportunities for photographs in the ceremony room and garden.

Sandringham ceremony
Our Sandringham ceremony option is the ideal choice if you want a ceremony at a licensed venue. With over 100 different venues throughout ßÙßÇÂþ», you are spoilt for choice.
We are available for your ceremony, Monday to Sunday (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Easter Sunday).
Outdoor ceremonies are only available during British summer time.
If you have chosen to have your ceremony at a licensed venue, you must check the venue's availability before you use our online booking system. Our booking system will not check licenced venues availability for you.
Your ceremony will include:
- A choice of three ceremony scripts and choice of legal vows.
- Adding your own personal vows, if you wish.
- Up to three readings.
Please note our licensed venues are also available to book for renewal of vows and naming ceremonies.

Renewal of vows and naming ceremonies
Once you have chosen your renewal of vows or a naming ceremony option, please complete our online ceremony enquiry form.
Our ceremonies office will then check availability and will contact you by telephone. Please note that it may take up to six days to respond to your new booking enquiry.
Renewal of vows and naming ceremony fees are payable in full at the time of booking.
