ßÙßÇÂþ» Heritage is based at ßÙßÇÂþ» History Centre in Woking.
We can only offer a limited amount of volunteering opportunities which may include:
- Listing or indexing historic documents and publications
- Cataloguing historic photographs and other illustrations
- Supporting the ßÙßÇÂþ» History Trust by helping with newsletter productions and with events to raise funds to assist ßÙßÇÂþ» Heritage in rescuing and promoting ßÙßÇÂþ»'s history
- Foldering and boxing records to ensure their protection
- Writing pages for the website
- Assisting with archaeological fieldwork
- Listing archaeological finds
- Processing of archaeological artefacts
- Involvement with a variety of community archaeological projects

Work Placements
Although we host a limited number of students each year as part of the ßÙßÇÂþ» Heritage work experience programme, we regret that due to capacity issues, we will not be hosting any work experience placements in archaeology or ßÙßÇÂþ» Heritage (ßÙßÇÂþ» History Centre) during 2025. We plan to resume the programme in 2026.
