Public Bridleway 165 (Bletchingley)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 15 January 2026 ßÙßÇÂþ» will make the above-mentioned temporary order, the effect of which is to prohibit all traffic on foot or by any other means from entering or proceeding along Public Bridleway 165 (Bletchingley) between point A (Grid reference 531502 152035) and point B (Grid reference 531510 152511). Shown as a solid line on plan reference 3/1/21/H43.
The Order is necessary in the interest of public safety due to works being undertaken on or near the highway. The closure will be in operation for a period of four months from 20 January 2026 or until completion of the works, if earlier. That period can be extended by the Secretary of State for Transport if required.
The temporary closure will only be in operation when appropriate road traffic signs are displayed on site by the County Council or an authorised person acting on its behalf. Access to properties will not be affected.
There is no alternative route.
The Public Bridleway 165 Bletchingley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026 will be made by the County Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
