Notice of Application for Amendment of Register
Land ceasing to be Town or Village Green
Application has been made to the ßÙßÇÂþ» Commons Registration Authority by The Guildford Diocesan Board of Finance for the amendment of the Register of Town or Village Greens by the removal of the land described below, which it is claimed ceased to be a town or village green on the 12 November 1974 in the following circumstances: -
By special parliamentary procedure completed on 12 November 1974 pursuant to paragraph 11(1) of Part 111 of the First Schedule to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) Act 1974 and by virtue of the ßÙßÇÂþ» New Site for Rebuilding of Leatherhead All Saints Church of England (Controlled) Infants’ School Compulsory Purchase Order 1973 dated 31 May 1973.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed amendment should, within forty days of the date of this notice, send a written and signed statement of the facts upon which he bases his objection to: -

Land and premises being the whole of the land registered at the Land Registry with title number SY483528 and being situate and known as the Trinity Centre, Aperdele Road, Leatherhead KT22 7QT being a part of the land in unit VG96.
