Help support us to plant 1.2 million trees in ßÙßÇÂþ» by 2030
This Christmas help support us towards our target to plant 1.2 million trees in ßÙßÇÂþ» by 2030 by donating to our tree planting scheme.
We encourage anyone who buys a cut Christmas tree to donate and help us plant a tree in it's place. All money raised will be used to plant new trees across ßÙßÇÂþ».
Trees help ease the effects of climate change. Their leaves and branches shade the ground and their root systems help prevent flooding. They also play a key role in capturing and storing carbon dioxide. Trees improve air quality and biodiversity to make our communities healthier, greener and more sustainable.
ßÙßÇÂþ» is working in partnership with communities, schools, businesses and charities, as well as our local district, borough and parish councils, to plant the right trees in the right place. To date we have plated over 768, 332 trees since the launch of the initiative in 2019. You can view the map on our web pages to see where we have planted these trees.
