Welcome to the East Elmbridge Neighbourhood Area Committee, (formerly known as Cobham and Esher)
We are currently in the process of shaping how Neighbourhood Area Committees (NAC) will operate and East Elmbridge is one of the first three in the pilot phase. We've already decided as partners working together within this NAC to change the name from Cobham and Esher to East Elmbridge.
