Duplicate details are not permitted
Duplicate Vehicle Registration Numbers (VRN), address or email addresses are not accepted in our system. If your details have changed log in to your to update them.
The permit will be emailed to the email address provided.
Apply for a new permit

Update permit details
If you need to change your postal address, email address, telephone number or vehicle registration you can do this in your ßÙßÇÂþ» account.
Renew a permit
You can only renew your permit after it has expired. Renew your permit in your ßÙßÇÂþ» account.
Cancel a permit
If you have moved address, sold your vehicle or moved out of ßÙßÇÂþ», please cancel your permit by emailing your details to contact.centre@surreycc.gov.uk and destroy the permit.
