Course intent
Explore the complex world of emotional eating habits and how they impact our relationship with
food. Discover how forming new habits and practising mindful eating can transform not only your relationship with food but also your weight, health, and overall well-being. Learn practical strategies to break free from emotional eating patterns and cultivate a healthier mindset towards food.
Join us for a supportive group led by Registered Nutritionist and NHS Health Coach to understand what triggers your patterns of overeating and how to break the cycle of yo-yo dieting. This course is essential for anyone wanting to lose and more importantly maintain their goal weight.
What will I learn?
You will gain invaluable insights into dismantling unhelpful thinking patterns that sabotage your relationship with food, diet, and eating. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, we'll uncover and challenge years of ingrained core beliefs that hold you back from making positive changes to your eating habits.
