Course overview

Course intent

Discover how your diet could be the missing link to better sleep. This workshop explores the fascinating connection between what you eat and how well you sleep - backed by science and practical advice.

Sleep is a naturally occurring state for the mind and body, we spend a third of our lives asleep and yet we still don’t know everything about why we need it. We certainly know whether we have had a good night’s sleep as we feel the effects afterwards.

Discover how the foods you eat can impact your ability to achieve restorative sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Join us to learn practical strategies for optimising your sleep through better nutrition and start enjoying the benefits of a good night's sleep for your overall health and wellbeing!
