Runnymede parking reviews

Parking review 2025

Site assessments for the 2025 Runnymede parking review were completed earlier in the year. Drawings where then prepared and the Statement of Reasons written. These documents were distributed to County Councillors and the Traffic Enforcement and Parking Team Manager for their approval.

From 6 August until the 29th, we shall be accepting your feedback on the approved proposals as we formally advertising them. A stage by stage explanation of the review process, together with the approved drawings, displayed by County Council division, and the statement of reasons we are now advertising can be viewed on the 2025 Runnymede parking review page.

If you have already seen a proposal you wish to support, object to or comment on,  please so your views can be considered by Councillors after the closing date.


The next and final ßÙßÇÂþ»­ parking review in Runnymede is scheduled to begin in March 2026. You can up until the end of February 2026.


Parking review 2023 to 2024

The installation of the yellow lines for this review is almost finished. There are 3 locations where lining needs to be completed.

  • Station Road junction Queen Street, Chertsey.
  • Free Prae Road, Chertsey
  • Byfleet Road Service Road, New Haw Lock.

Parking review 2022 to 2023

The installation of the yellow lines for this review is almost finished. There is 1 location where lining needs to be completed.

  • Ruxbury Road and St Ann's Hill, Chertsey.
