Service update: Delays to printing bus passes and ßÙßÇÂþ» LINK cards
We’re currently experiencing a significant interruption in printing ßÙßÇÂþ» English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) bus passes and ßÙßÇÂþ» LINK cards due to a technical issue with an external contractor.
A solution has been identified, and we expect printing to resume around 7 August 2025.

A free bus pass allows eligible senior ßÙßÇÂþ» residents to travel on buses free of charge.
It's valid between 9.30am and 11pm from Monday to Friday, and at any time on weekends and public holidays.
