The general level of bus service that is expected to apply is listed below. However there may be exceptions, so it is strongly recommended to check with the operator or look out for information inside buses.

Wednesday 24 December 2025
Normal Wednesday level of service (but no night services, and some late-night services will finish earlier than usual), except:
- Carousel Buses - Saturday level of service
- Diamond Bus - The last buses will be the 00:00 from Heathrow and the 23:00 from Walton-on-Thames (no overnight service between 24 and 25 December)
- First Berkshire - Saturday level of service
- Stagecoach - Saturday level of service, normal level of service on route 9
Thursday 25 December 2025 (Public Holiday)
No service, except:
- Carlone Buses - Special service on routes 442 and X442
- First Berkshire - Special service on route RA2
- Metrobus - Special service on routes 100 and 400
Friday 26 December 2025 (Public Holiday)
No service, except:
- Carlone Buses - Special service on routes 442 and X442
- Diamond Bus - The first buses will be the 02:50 from Walton-on-Thames and the 04:00 from Heathrow (no overnight service between 25 and 26 December)
- First Berkshire - Sunday level of service
- Metrobus - Special service on routes 20 and 100, Sunday level of service on route 400
- Newbury and District - Sunday level of service
- Stagecoach - Sunday level of service
- Thames Valley Buses - Sunday level of service on route 194
Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 December 2025
Normal Saturday and Sunday level of service.
Monday 29 to Wednesday 31 December 2025
Saturday level of service (or if no Saturday service exists, normal Monday to Wednesday level of service), except:
- Carlone Buses - Normal level of service
- Compass Bus - Normal level of service
- Diamond Bus - Normal weekday service on route N555, up to and including Wednesday 31 December
- Metrobus - Special service on routes 236 and 409

Thursday 1 January 2026 (Public Holiday)
No service, except:
