This groundbreaking initiative defines a shared commitment for the county council and our anchor universities to work collaboratively in the interests of the wider ßÙßÇÂþ» community - ensuring that no one is left behind.
The first iteration of the Civic Agreement for ßÙßÇÂþ» was signed in September 2024 at the ßÙßÇÂþ» History Centre in Woking.

The Civic Agreement for ßÙßÇÂþ» defines our shared priorities, program objectives and the work we aspire to undertake in the interests of the ßÙßÇÂþ» community.
These shared priorities are:
