Our social channels are a great place ask a question, raise a concern, or let us know what you are up to. We are active in the comments and monitor these channels from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
As well as our official Facebook page, we also have many smaller service Facebook pages tailored to specific departments if you’re looking for something more specific. However, we aren’t able to reply to comments on all these pages.
Did you know that we have an official Subscribe today to receive weekly updates with important news, updates, and information directly from us to stay connected and informed. This is a great option if you are active in lots of WhatsApp chats, as you can forward useful information from our channel to your own groups with the click of a button!

Each district and borough in ßÙßÇÂþ» has its own Community Link Officer (CLO). CLO’s can help provide you with up-to-date information about your local district/borough. Don’t be afraid to reach out, they are here to help!

Community Champions
If you are an active participant in your local community, join our In this group, we post about services, events and updates that your community may find useful. It also provides a safe space to ask questions and discuss important local issues.
Please note that this group is private. The reason for this is that we want to create an environment where you can ask questions without the fear of public criticism. However, anyone is welcome to join and we encourage you to get involved and stay connected.
