ßÙßÇÂþ» Arts is providing a new opportunity for care leavers with a new vocal group. Nu Vox is an exciting new group for care leavers in ßÙßÇÂþ» aged 16 to 25. The group will be launched with a taster session at Phoenix Cultural Centre, Woking on Thursday 26 October 2023 as part of National Care Leavers Week 2023.
Inclusion Manager, Jim Pinchen says: 'This is an exciting opportunity for young people who have care responsibilities to come together with young people in similar circumstances and sing and be part of a new vocal group which will be led by a talented and experienced care leader.'
Dates for Nu Vox sessions:
- Thursday 26 October 1.30pm until 2.30pm (new time) - Launch event at The Cosy at The Lighthouse in Woking
- Saturday 25 November 3pm until 4.30pm
- Saturday 9 December 3pm until 4.30pm
