One of the biggest struggles I had was eating and drinking in a school setting due my anxiety. At one point I would only eat one thing as it was my only safe food.

I have been this way with food since I was around 5 years old. My Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) most definitely developed from a trauma with food as a young girl.
