Description
WAVES (Wellbeing, Awareness and Voice for East ßÙßÇÂþ») runs drop-in youth clubs providing a safe space for young people aged 13-19 who are experiencing or have experienced mental health difficulties. The sessions give you a chance to:
- Talk about mental health with staff and other young people
- Learn about and explore different coping strategies
- Find out more information about mental health support
- Take part in group activities that promote good mental health.
