Description
The Nurture Meadow provides warm, knowledgeable, scientifically backed emotional wellbeing support and education for children ages 4-16, so they can build a personal toolkit of strategies to support them in navigating today’s challenging world. We offer one-to-one interventions, support to schools and community groups - through educational workshops, and then additionally, classes and sessions for families such as worry workshops and family yoga and mindfulness.
