Description
The Multi Agency Partnership (MAP) receives requests for support when it is unclear if the need is at level 3 or 4 of Effective Family Resilience. The MAP is a multi-agency team, staffed by social workers, education advisors, police and 0-19 public health nurses.
The MAP will research and analyse information about a child in order to determine whether this is a level 3 or 4 need. Children meeting Level 4 Threshold will be passed to Children's Social Care Quadrant Assessment Teams.
