Description
The Grange Residential Care service provides 24/7 care and support for 16 people with disabilities. There are three small group homes with a friendly relaxed feel set on a beautiful 8-acre site in Bookham.
The Supported Living Service for people with moderate learning and physical disabilities enables people to live as independently as possible. The Grange is unique in ßÙßÇÂþ» as it offers skills training such as horticulture, creatives arts, catering, and IT.
