Description
Teenage Cancer Trust is a national charity which aims to improve the lives of teenagers and young adults with cancer. They have an outreach nursing team supporting young people and their families in local hospitals or visiting them at home. They’ll regularly check in to make sure you have all the information and support you need throughout treatment and beyond, and can also arrange for things like blood tests to be done locally, saving you time and travel costs.
