Sport In Mind is a charity that uses sport and physical activity to improve the lives of people. They offer fun and exciting programmes for children, young people, families and adults! experiencing mental health problems”. Our sessions take place every week, all year around. Starting in Reading but with ever-increasing activities across ßÙßÇÂþ», including in Woking, ßÙßÇÂþ» Heath, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Guildford and Waverley!
