Description
Smart Works helps unemployed women, aged 16 and over, get into work with our free career coaching, interview preparation and high-quality workwear. Our service gives an amazing confidence boost to women who come away with the tips that they need to succeed in finding employment, and an interview outfit that is handpicked by them in collaboration with our trained dressers. 63% of women who use our service are successful in finding work within one month. The Smart Works centre is based in Reading, but our service can also be run virtually.
