Description
This class is specially designed to support children with visual impairments and/or special needs or disabilities. Our inspiring teacher will help you to keep fit and share your moves in a fun, dance and fitness class. Benefits include improved fitness and stamina, decreased stress, improved balance, spatial awareness and coordination, improved posture, new friendships and networks, the chance to exercise as a family, improved confidence, well-being, increased independence and quality of life.
Classes run on Saturdays at 10:30 am until 11:15 am.
