Prenatal Exercise Class

Description

Keep strong and fit during your pregnancy journey in preparation for birth & motherhood. Expectant mums of all fitness levels welcome from 14 weeks to full term. A low to moderate intensity pregnancy full body workout which focuses on strength, low impact cardio, posture, stretching and breathing using bodyweight, bands and light weights. Classes will guide you safely through your pregnancy with modifications and regressions as required depending on where you are in your journey.
