Postnatal Exercise Class

Description

Regain your strength and fitness post birth for the demands of motherhood & beyond. A low to moderate intensity postnatal full body workout which focuses on breathing, core restore, posture, strength and low impact cardio using bodyweight, bands and light weights. Classes will guide you safely through your postnatal journey with exercise modifications, regressions or progressions provided as required. Suitable for ladies of all fitness levels who have had their postnatal check up with their GP or women's health physio and given the all clear for exercise. The class is open to babies pre-crawling age.
