Mary Frances Trust (MFT) is a mental health and emotional wellbeing charity for ßÙßÇÂþ»­ residents aged 16+. They offer one-to-one support, advice & information, as well as online and face-to-face activities, groups and courses designed to improve mental wellbeing (self-help courses, physical activities, arts and crafts, interest groups and peer support groups).

All activities are free and run in small groups which helps to break social isolation. You do not need any diagnosis – they support people with any kind of mental or emotional health issue. There are no waiting lists and no time limit – people can use the service for as long as they need and register again at any point.
