At Life Journey Academy, we build lasting relationships that empower every individual to grow with confidence, in school, at home, and in themselves. We specialise in trauma-informed, evidence-based mentoring and educational support tailored for young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and neurodiverse conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others. We work in close partnership with local authorities, schools, teachers, parents, and social-care institutions to empower everyone through holistic support.
