Description
The Society was formed in 1946 for everyone interested in the history of the area including Ashtead, Bookham, Fetcham and Headley as well as Leatherhead. We also arrange visits for members to places of interest during the summer. We have very extensive archives of articles, maps and photographs of the area and a library of local history for use by members.
