Description
The Baby and me group is for parents and their babies aged 0-18 months. The group takes place on Thursdays 10.00am – 11.30am (term-time).
Parents can self refer, professionals can also refer families.
If you would like to make a referral for a family, referrals can be made online using the link below.
Reasons for referrals can include:-
- Support with mental health and well-being
- Baby bonding and attachment
- Low income
- Isolation
- Housing/temporary accommodation
- Peer to Peer support
- Support with Parenting
- Play opportunities
