Description
Classes are taught in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with a big mix of students of all abilities and all ages. Every week is different – but all the classes are high-paced, with attention paid to each and every area of the Kamon system from basic drills, forms, pad work, lok sao, chi sao, sparring, clinch work and ground fighting techniques.
