Description
The Green Hub Project for Teens is a local community project serving ßÙßÇÂþ» & Hampshire and surrounding areas. They support teenagers and their families / carers facing SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) challenges.
The Green Hub has a Parent Hub support group offering a safe space where parents can talk to other parents and people who are in a similar situation.
