Description
Family Centres replace the old Children's Centres in ßÙßÇÂþ», providing 1-to-1 family support for families where challenging family circumstances are having a significant impact on the health, development or wellbeing of the child or children living in the home.
Professionals and practitioners working with families, for example, GPs, health visitors, schools, early years settings and others, can request 1-to-1 family support for the family through the Early Help Hub, which is part of the Children's Single Point of Access (C-SPA).
Families who need some extra support can also access Family Centres directly.
