Dying Matters is a charity which aims to help people talk more openly about dying, death and bereavement. They hope that through this there is an improvement in the range of support and care services available to patients and families as well as giving people the ability to die where or how they would wish.
Dying Matters provides details of local support service, resources such as leaflets and DVDs, as well as an advice section on the website.
