DHC offers free NHS Talking Therapies in ßÙßÇÂþ». This is a confidential service to help with common mental health problems. Available to adults aged 17 plus who are registered with a ßÙßÇÂþ» GP. You can self-refer or ask your GP to refer you.
Various locations in ßÙßÇÂþ». Virtual therapies are also available.
