Description
I Play 30 are free tennis activity sessions designed for adults and children with learning, sensory, mental and physical disabilities.
Each session is run by an LTA accredited coach and assisted by a group of tennis club member volunteers who have all received specific disability tennis training. All equipment will be provided including rackets, balls and specialised teaching aids.
Participants are encouraged to make new friends, play at their own pace, and receive all the benefits that tennis has to offer. Friends and family are welcome to join in selected sessions too.
