Description
Bramley Grange (previously Grafham Grange School) offers up to 70 places for students aged 11 to 16 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
For a child to be admitted, the Academy must be named by a Local Authority (LA) in the child’s Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) with the primary need of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). The consultation procedure is extensive and is designed to ensure that each child is able to benefit from the provision offered by Bramley Grange.
For a child to be considered they will need to have an EHCP and in the majority of cases the child will also have a range of special educational needs and disabilities, some of which may be complex. This may include one, or a combination, of the following:
- Speech, Language and Social Communication needs
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Oppositional Defiant Disorder
