Daley Thompson Academies is an inclusive athletics club dedicated to identifying and supporting each child’s unique needs. A low coach-to-athlete ratio of 1:5, ensures personalised attention. Our Run, Jump, Throw programme is designed to build confidence and teach fundamental skills beneficial across all sports. Our passionate, experienced coaching team, led by former TV Gladiator and British record holder Kate Staples, are committed to inspiring children to stay active. We offer engaging activities focusing on fitness, speed, agility, jumping, and throwing, all within a fun and supportive environment. Our Family Mile programme also invites families to walk or jog together on the track, promoting health and unity. We provide two complimentary sessions for the Family Mile and athletics programmes, encouraging families to experience the joy of our club before joining.
