The Great English Outdoors getting ready for Hay Festival
We are flat out preparing for the Guardian Hay Festival of Literature – for the second year running we will have a shop on site so please, if you are visiting the Festival come and see us!The shop in Hay will be open for the whole period 27th May until 6th June. Athene is giving two workshops during the Festival on the History of Welsh Blankets, her most favourite subject. As part of her workshop she will be showing wonderful examples of Welsh textiles from her private collection for you to handle and enjoy and talking informally about their history. If you are coming please bring your own Welsh blankets and Athene will give you an idea of their history and value.
